Email body is blank in Outlook express

Note: Outlook Express won't display body of messages




Step 1

  1. Click Start -> Run -> Type Temp
  2. Click Edit and click on Select all
  3. Delete all the files in Temp Folder.

Step 2

  1. create a new Temp Folder on C: drive with name Temp_Int
  2. Open Internet Explorer
  3. Click on Tools and click on Internet Options
  4. Click Setting under Temporary Internet Files
  5. Click Move Folder
  6. Select Temp_int
  7. Click ok





























Step 3
1. Close Outlook Express
2. Click Start and then click Run
3. Type regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
4. Click ok on the dialog box
5. Re-open Outlook Express

  1. Outlook Express is an e-mail and news client that is included with Internet Explorer. It is a different application from Microsoft Office Outlook. The two programs do not share a common co-debase, but do share a common architectural philosophy.
