Step 1
- Click Start -> Run -> Type Temp
- Click Edit and click on Select all
- Delete all the files in Temp Folder.
Step 2
- create a new Temp Folder on C: drive with name Temp_Int
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools and click on Internet Options
- Click Setting under Temporary Internet Files
- Click Move Folder
- Select Temp_int
- Click ok
Step 3
1. Close Outlook Express
2. Click Start and then click Run
3. Type regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
4. Click ok on the dialog box
5. Re-open Outlook Express
Outlook Express is an e-mail and news client that is included with Internet Explorer. It is a different application from Microsoft Office Outlook. The two programs do not share a common co-debase, but do share a common architectural philosophy.
