Remove Help from Start Menu

To Remove the Help Option from the Start Menu open the registry and navigate to either [HKEY_CURRENT_USER SoftwareMicrosoft\Windows CurrentVersionPolicies\Explorer] or [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SoftwareMicrosoft\Windows\CurrentVersionPolicies\Explorer] and then either modify or create a new DWORD value named NoSMHelp and set the value data to 1. Now exit the registry, and restart your computer for the change to take effect.
