Disable Task Manager

To Disable Task Manager in Windows NT/2000/XP open the registry and navigate to either [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

or

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

and then either modify or create a new DWORD value named DisableTaskMgr and set the value data to 1. Now exit the registry, and restart your computer for the change to take effect.
