Color of Encrypted Files

To change the color of encrypted files in XP open the registry and Navigate to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer]

and then either modify or create a new Binary value named AltEncryptionColor and set the value data to the color you want the Encrypted files to be (the default is 00 80 40 00) Now exit the registry, and restart your computer for the change to take effect.
