The files or directory \CurUserIETempDir\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE\index.dat is corrupt and unreadable.

Solution:

1. Click Start-Run
2. Type temp, %temp% and prefetch one by one and press enter.
3. Delete all files.
4. Delete all Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
5. Try to Open Internet Explorer-Tool-Internet option>General-Settings>Move Folder and change the temp folder location.
6. Click Ok-Ok-OK
7. Try to open application now.
