Search window opens when you double click on any windows drive


Solution:

SUMMARY

When you double click on folder to open , it doesnot open and give you search open.

  1. Click Start -> Run
  2. Type regedit
  3. Locate HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
  4. Double click Default and set the value to none
  5. Click Start -> Run
  6. Type regsvr32 /i shell.dll
  7. Click Ok
