To create Shutdown -Log off and Reset Shortcut

To make a shutdown, log off, or reboot shortcut first right click your desktop and select NewShortcut. Next, when the computer prompts you for the location of the item type C:\Windows\System32\Shutdown.exe and click next. Once you've named the shortcut click finish. Finally right click the shortcut and click properties, then in the target box, add the command line switch -l (log off), -s (to shutdown), or -r (to reboot).
